Welcome to The Personnel Testing Council of Southern California The purpose of the Personnel Testing Council of Southern California (PTC-SC) is to serve as a forum for discussion of current issues in personnel selection and testing, to encourage education and professional development in the field of personnel selection and testing, to advocate the understanding and the use of fair and non-discriminatory employment practices, and to encourage use of professionally sound selection and testing practices.
