“Utilizing a Compensatory Minimum Qualification System to Enhance and Simplify the Pre-Employment Screening Process”

  • This presentation will discuss the different paths at varying rates that candidates use to obtain designated position requirements. Keeping this variance in mind, a dynamic screening tool is needed to accurately evaluate alternative minimum qualification options.  During this event, we will explore the information and procedures necessary to develop and use an objective, yet flexible screening system that will account for the variance in options and identify the strongest relationships with job performance.
