PTC/Arizona

When the PTC/A Board asks for input from members about programming, job analysis is routinely among the top contenders. In response to this demand, we're offering a full day comprehensive workshop that you'll be able to put to use on the job right away: Tuesday, September 28. Job analysis is the foundation of most human resource and personnel activities. It is the process of studying jobs in order to provide other services such as job design/re-design, compensation, employment testing, work process design, and development planning. Without solid job analysis information, your efforts, no matter how well-intentioned or thorough, will be just that -- well-intentioned. For registration information contact Vicki Packman at (602)236-4595 or vspackma@srpnet.com. For more information about PTC-A, contact Terry McKinney at (602)261-8861 or tmckinne@ci.phoenix.az.us or Vicki Packman.
