The 1996 conference program "Innovations and Foundations in Personnel Assessment: Celebrating 20 Years of IPMAAC" is ready to go. With a line up of nationally recognized invited speakers, a diverse offering of pre-conference workshops, and concurrent sessions covering the full range of topics of interest to personnel assessment professionals, it will surely be a valuable experience. The IPMAAC '96 conference is nearly upon us. The spring weather has finally made it to Boston, and things are beautiful! I'm sure that you will enjoy the activities the host committee has planned (Computer Museum, walking tour, and Red Sox game). However, there are probably some of you who are looking to strike out (no Red Sox pun intended) on your own.
