Season's Greetings!
It is so hard to believe that another year has almost come and gone, but here it is, the last issue of the ACN for 1998. I hope you have enjoyed and found useful this year's issues.
I can't end this year without offering my most profound and heartfelt gratitude to those individuals who contribute to each issue of the ACN -- Mike Aamodt, Ilene Gast, Déonda Scott, Chuck Schultz, and Jeff Feuquay. THANK YOU!!! from all of us. Clyde Lindley wasn't able to provide us with an article for each issue this year but he made it for several of them. We sincerely hope that he is feeling better and will be back with us for all the issues in 1999. Thanks, Clyde, for this year and all the ones before!
I offer the following news with both happiness and regret. Daglyn Padilla, who has done such a wonderful job with the ACN, has run away from us to accept another position within IPMA. She is now the Association Services Manager. Congratulations Daglyn! I know Marianne will miss you and so will I. In the meantime join me in welcoming Linda Bocian who is taking over as Administrative Assistant for Assessment Services.
The start of 1999 is almost here, as is the time for new year's resolutions. Please include on your list a resolution to get more actively involved in IPMAAC. The more actively involved everyone gets, the better the organization will become and the better it becomes, the more value it will have to you. That's a real good trend to start.
Have a wonderful holiday and all the best for the coming year! And as always, I look forward to hearing from you in the very near future!
