IPMAAC Presidents: Past, Present and Future

by Beverly Waldron

In Boston, conference attendees received a copy of an anniversary issue celebrating our 20th anniversary. This commemorative issue prepared by Clyde Lindley contained reminiscences and thoughts about IPMAAC from the Presidents of IPMAAC, the Secretariats, IPMA staff, and the President and Past President of IPMA.

While not everyone admitted to unashamed love affair with IPMAAC like Bruce Davey, almost all cited IPMAACs importance in professional growth, both personally and for our members, and its contributions to the field of personnel assessment. We dont have space to reprint all the information here but we will have a copy available on IPMAACs home page (http://www.ipmaac.org). Those of you who did not obtain a copy at the conference are encouraged to read through these reminiscences and comments. They speak well of where we have been and where we need to go in the future. With the help of an active membership, IPMAAC has a bright and effective future.

We would like to recognize and thank those individuals whose past leadership has made IPMAAC the successful organization it is today.
