About IPMAAC


IPMAAC (the IPMA-HR Assessment Council) is the leading organization of applied HR selection & assessment professionals with more than 600 members actively engaged in practice, research, and training to meet the needs of both public and private organizations. Formed in 1976 as a section of the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR) (formerly IPMA), its members include personnel directors and managers, specialists in staffing, recruiting, and organizational performance management, psychologists, attorneys, management consultants, academic faculty and students, and others sharing professional interests and expertise in the development and effective use of HR selection and assessment methods.

How to Join IPMAAC

IPMAAC is a section of IPMA-HR, an organization of human resource professionals throughout the United States and worldwide. Members of IPMA-HR receive a reduced annual membership fee, but it is not necessary to be an IPMA-HR member to join IPMAAC. We also have a special reduced rate for student membership.
